New multifunctional technology center with the name “Dalan” will be built in Yerevan with an investment of $110 million.
On a total area of 158,000 square meters, Dalan technology center will include offices, retail space, sports and scientific and educational centers, public health institutions. The complex will have a hotel, parking for more than a thousand cars.
BOMA Class A will be the first building to comply with building standards in the region. The standard is given to the highest classes – prestigious buildings that offer high-quality – high-quality solutions, modern systems. The project will be implemented on the basis of LEED certification standards.
Leon Hovhannisyan, General Director of Enterprise Armenia, emphasized the special importance of the center both in terms of the volume of investments and the expected impact on the development of the technogenic ecological environment in Armenia.
Dalan will be commissioned in 2026.
