RISE Powered by Silicon Mountains 2026

RISE — which stands for Research, Innovation, Science, and Engineering — is Armenia’s new spring tech event, showcasing the products, solutions, and achievements of Armenian companies, research centers, and engineering teams. The event is organized under the slogan “We Are Our Mountains: Rise.”
The exhibition will be accompanied by a forum featuring three panel discussions: Cybersecurity, Defence Industry, and Engineering Solutions.
RISE is expected to welcome 10,000+ expo visitors and 1,000+ forum attendees.

Organized by the Union of Employers of Information and Communication Technologies (UEICT) — representing 130+ member companies and 30,000+ employees across Armenia’s tech sector. UEICT has been running the Silicon Mountains Tech Summit since 2019, bringing together over 100 speakers and 6,000+ participants to date.
