Armenia can be among TOP 5 AI countries

NVIDIA Vice President Rev Lebaredian notes that Armenia will be among the top five countries in the world, surpassing even the leading European countries.

Speaking at the AI Conf Armenia 2026 in Yerevan, Lebaredian announced that 50,000 graphics processing units (GPUs) will be launched by the end of the year as part of the Firebird AI project. This will allow Armenia to surpass even the largest European countries in terms of GPUs.

“We can take advantage of this opportunity and benefit the world. We can export knowledge that will make us significant and desirable for the global community. The only chance for Armenia to exist and develop is to use our natural resource, human potential,” Rev Lebaredian reflected in his speech.

The NVIDIA Vice President also emphasized that Armenia is important for the world, and we need to realize that we are not just a small country asking for help and support from others. Armenia must develop its intellectual potential to become a full-fledged part of the world.
