Quick Start has introduced a Project Management training program in Yerevan, Armenia. The training program intends to provide practical solutions to manage projects of any magnitude and complexity. The course covers the essential components of the project management framework, including the popular Agile methodologies that are widely used in the IT industry.
The course will be delivered offline on Tuesdays and Fridays, starting from April 25, 2023, from 19:00-21:00. The program requires an investment of AMD 59,000 per month.
The instructor for this course is Sona Mnatsakanyan, who has over 10 years of experience in IT project management and has worked with various companies such as Benivo, Orders.co, and others as an IT project manager.
The project comprises of four main stages, namely:
- “IT project management” (32 hours) – the program offers a detailed description of the curriculum. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire theoretical knowledge through practical tasks, including situational questions, case studies, group discussions, and games.
- Final testing – after the completion of the program, participants will undergo a final testing session.
- Award of Qualification – based on the participant’s performance in the program and the final testing, a qualification will be awarded.
- Contact with employers – participants who have successfully completed the full program and demonstrated outstanding performance will have the opportunity to interact with employers.
The program’s primary objective is to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge that will enable them to:
- Gather client requirements, plan, and estimate the project
- Effectively manage the project and adapt to changes and risks
- Build and manage teams effectively
- Utilize relevant tools and techniques
- Successfully deliver the project
To enroll in the program, participants must meet the following prerequisites:
- Mandatory knowledge of English (intermediate (B1) or higher level)
- Prior knowledge of Excel
The program is scheduled to run for two months, with two lessons a week, each lasting two hours.
