A significant number of Armenian startups will join DigiTec Expo 2024

The Armenian technological celebration, DigiTec Expo 2024, will be held from October 4-6 at the Meridian Expo Center. This year’s exhibition promises to be unprecedented in scale, featuring over 150 companies from Armenia and around the globe, showcasing a diverse array of technological advancements. The exhibition hall has been expanded to 8,000 square meters to accommodate the increased number of participants. Companies wishing to reserve booth space can register on the digitec.am website.

This year, the Digitec Expo will highlight the significant participation of Armenian startups and small businesses, with over 80 startups set to join. To qualify for preferential participation terms, startups must complete the application form provided.

“We will have a dedicated space for startups, including those still in the idea stage. Our goal is to help newly formed teams find partners or investors to develop and implement their ideas. The DigiTech exhibition has become the premier platform for technology companies to establish valuable connections,” says Khachatur Hakobyan, head of DigiTec from UATE.

Similar to last year, the DigiTec Startup Elevator will take place again this year, offering startups the chance to pitch their ideas, products, or services to angel investors. This well-known elevator pitch model involves presenting an idea during a brief elevator ride, typically lasting one minute.

Additionally, the exhibition will feature over five other events in various formats, including panel discussions, technological talks, and more.

The exhibition will be free for visitors, though registration is required.

The DigiTec exhibition, organized annually by the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) since 2005, showcases the technological potential of Armenia and the world, highlighting sector developments and future perspectives.
