In partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Social Fund and RECONOMY Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) has launched an Impact Acceleration Program aimed at early-stage tech startups tackling real social, environmental, and economic challenges in Armenia. The program is running in partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia (CQAA) Social Fund, with support from the RECONOMY program — funded by Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) and implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation.
Why this program exists
There’s genuine interest in impact investing globally, but many local founders don’t know how to position themselves for it — or even that it’s an option. This program is built to change that, combining hands-on acceleration with a direct path to investment.
What participants get
Selected startups will go through a structured, multi-phase program that covers everything from refining their product and business model to getting in front of investors:
- Mentorship & co-creation — work with a global network of researchers, mentors, and industry experts to sharpen your tech, business model, and impact story
- Lab access — use Engineering City facilities and regional hubs in Gyumri, Vanadzor, Agarak, and Sisian for development and testing
- Equity investment — $30,000–$100,000 from the CQAA Social Fund for selected teams
- Fundraising connections — introductions to local and international VCs, angels, and impact funds
Who should apply
The program is open to early-stage tech startups based in Armenia (or with economic ties to Armenia) that have a working MVP or prototype and a clear social or environmental impact aligned with the UN SDGs. Idea-stage projects aren’t eligible — you need something built.
Focus areas span a wide range: health tech, climate and environment, agriculture, energy, education, financial inclusion, civic tech, logistics, safety, and deep tech.
Applications are especially encouraged from startups led by women, youth, and founders from underrepresented or disadvantaged communities.
How to apply
Fill out the online application form covering your company, product, team, impact thesis, and financials. An information session on impact investing will be held before the deadline to help applicants put their best foot forward.
📅 Application deadline: April 10, 2026
Selected applicants will hear back within two weeks of the deadline.
